The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine continues to take all necessary measures to ensure a comfortable border crossing for traveling citizens traveling in both directions of the border.

In particular, during the Easter and commemoration days at the checkpoints where the passenger and traffic traffic was expected to increase, the border guard officers used auxiliary outfits and created additional jobs. To simplify and accelerate the border crossing procedures, the "green corridors" are functioning continuously, additional lanes for people and vehicles are identified.

"Now, after the holidays and visiting relatives, many return to their places of residence and work. Because of this, on the border, in particular with the EU countries, there is a certain accumulation of cars. Now the queues are fixed on the border with Slovakia and Poland, "- said in the message of the SBS.

In particular, according to the border guards, the car cluster at the checkpoint "Uzhgorod" on the Ukrainian-Slovak border is about 150 cars. And at the main border checkpoints on the Ukrainian-Polish border - Krakovets and Rava-Russkaya for 180 cars, Shegini and Ustilug 120 and 150 cars respectively are expected to travel abroad.
