In the Sverdlovsk Regional Court, the second hearing began on the case of the riots on the Deputy. On it listen victims.

At the first meeting, the public prosecutor read out the indictment, the court determined the order of the proceedings.

In the dock are 19 people from 24 attackers, including the organizer of the massacre of Dima Pestrikova. Two of the raiders died in a shootout, one died in a jail from tuberculosis, one is still in hospital in grave condition, and the last - Ruslan Ogly - went on a deal with the investigation, surrendered accomplices and received a 5-year colony of strict regime. Following the results of the meeting on February 14, the defendants were arrested for 6 months - until July 29.

Slaughter occurred on September 3, 2016. On the eve of its members Oleg Shishov and Gypsy Dima Pestrikov quarreled at a party with friends in the Mountain Shield. Shishov insulted Pestrikau publicly, and he decided to take revenge. Having collected a group of fighters in the number of 24 people, he went to the Gypsy settlement, where Shishov lived with his family. Gypsy and the wrestlers who joined him were armed with knives, bats, armature and traumatics. Shishov and his friends Dutovs (four men were holding the defense), among other things, was a rifled carbine "Vepr".

After the attackers broke into the courtyard and began to beat the defending men, Shishov, realizing that his wife and small children were at home, began to shoot the carbine to defeat. Gun throws injured 13 attackers. Two died from wounds in place, two more were hospitalized in critical condition.

Shishov and Dutov voluntarily came to the police the next day. The criminal case against them was terminated, the investigation acknowledged that the men fired back as self-defense - behind their backs were women and young children.
