In the Sverdlovsk region before the court appeared the director of Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Gorkomkhoz". He is accused of misappropriating more than 7.2 million rubles, as well as abuse of authority, which led to the formation of arrears in the payment of wages to employees.

According to the prosecutor's office of the Sverdlovsk region, according to the investigation's version, on December 16, 2011 the director of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Gorkomkhoz" signed an agreement on behalf of the municipal enterprise with an individual entrepreneur familiar to him on rendering services for pumping liquid household waste from multi-apartment houses in Pudlingovy settlement and transporting them to Sarana for drainage to treatment facilities for the purpose of recycling. At the same time, the accused knew about the lack of the individual entrepreneur's ability to fulfill obligations under the contract in the absence of the latter's necessary special equipment.

In the future, the defendant signed invoices for payment and acts of completed work, compiled and presented to the municipal enterprise on behalf of the entrepreneur, and then transferred them to the bookkeeping department to transfer money to the entrepreneur's settlement account.

In total, from January 2012 to December 2016, the municipal enterprise transferred over 7.2 million rubles to the entrepreneur's account under contracts. At the same time, the businessman, deceived by the accused, cashed these funds through ATMs and handed over to the Director of the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Gorkomkhoz" in full. The director of the municipal enterprise used the stolen money for personal needs.

"The actions of the accused led to a significant violation of the rights of citizens, namely, the delay in payment of wages to 107 employees of the municipal enterprise: in February 2017 for a total of 1.4 million rubles for 35 days, for March 2017 for a total of 2, 2 million rubles for 19 days, for April 2017 for a total of 2.1 million rubles for 43 days, "- noted in the supervisory authority.

The accused was dismissed from the post of director of Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Gorkomkhoz" for the period of investigation.

The criminal case was sent to the Krasnoufimsky City Court of the Sverdlovsk Region.
