In the Sverdlovsk region, 6 dangerous ice crossings were closed

In the Sverdlovsk region, six ice crossings were closed. Based on the results of the latest survey of facilities, employees of the State Inspectorate for Small Boats (GIMS), they were declared unsafe because of thin ice.

According to the EMERCOM of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region, five ice crossings are closed in the Garinsky urban district and one in the Sloboda-Turin municipal district.

At the closed ice crossings have established signs "Entry is forbidden", and on access roads by means of a special equipment have formed snow dumps.

On the territory of the Sverdlovsk region, as long as 12 ice crossings continue to operate, their safety is under constant control of the staff of the State Inspectorate of Immigration. In the next week it is planned to close the remaining facilities.
