According to the Department of Health, medical examinations were conducted in 182 general educational institutions and 20 private educational institutions. 95,5% of schoolchildren passed medical examinations.
The doctors examined pediatricians and nurses. As a result of the examination, acute respiratory infections were detected in 89 children. Also, 16 cases of ENT organs, 145 cases of non-infectious skin diseases, 16 cases of pediculosis, seven cases of streptodermia and one case of mycosis.
Children with pediculosis were sent for special treatment, children with streptoderma and mycosis - to consult a pediatric dermatologist. Children with acute respiratory diseases, with pediculosis and infectious diseases of the skin from training were suspended.
As noted in the Department of Health, conducting medical examinations after the holidays can prevent the spread of infectious diseases in the teams, as well as timely provide the necessary recommendations to schoolchildren with the identified pathology on treatment, further examination and follow-up by doctors.
