The Sysert District Court passed a verdict on the employee of the local branch of the Penitentiary Inspectorate of GUFSIN in the Sverdlovsk Region to Alexander Gaisin. He was found guilty of forgery.

In 2017, the major of internal service Gaisin exercised control over the behavior of the conditionally convicted citizen, and when he did not register at the GUFSIN, the inspector offered him protection. As payment, he demanded the iPhone 4s, for which he would make corrections to the registration sheet. After an advance payment of 3 thousand rubles, which the convict transferred to the bank account of the inspector, Gaisin introduced deliberately false information in documents.

The court sentenced Gaisin to a fine of 40 thousand rubles. The verdict did not enter into force, and the major can appeal against him.
