The prosecutor's office asked to withdraw the petition for the arrest of Ivan Bubenchik, suspected of killing "Berkut" during the Maidan, and the court gave the go-ahead. This became known at the meeting on the election of a measure of restraint in the Pechersk court.
"I withdraw my earlier petition to select a preventive measure in the form of detention for Ivan Bubenchik," said the deputy head of the GPU, Alla Strizhevskaya.
After a short visit to the advisory room, the judge returned and announced the satisfaction of the petition.
Now Bubenchik with protection is called at 17:

Bubenchik was detained on April 3, 2018 in the Lviv region. He is charged with the murder of law enforcers. 1, 12 hours. 2 items. 115, art.. 348 and h. 1 st. 263 CC. The investigation suspects him that on the morning of February 20, 2014 he shot law enforcement officers in order to destabilize the situation. On April 4, the Prosecutor General took the case from Sergei Gorbatyuk and handed it over to his wife.
