On the eve of the Kirov district court started the process of scandalous fraud in the construction of the cottage village "Bay of Queens". It would seem - the usual thing about deceived shareholders, but the case featured a well-known singer, artistic director of the Variety Theater Alexander Novikov and former deputy regional economist Mikhail Shilimanov. However, now on the dock their accomplice Larisa Assonova.

At a court hearing held on March 28, the prosecutor announced the indictment.

According to the investigation, Assonov, in cahoots with Novikov and Shilimanov, kidnapped 54 million rubles from Bayes Queens shareholders. The total number of victims in this case is 65 people.

Assonova's case is allocated to a separate proceeding, as she went to a deal with the investigation and handed over her accomplices. She fully acknowledged her guilt.

In the prosecutor's indictment, the wording "criminal conspiracy". According to the investigation, the co-op "Queens Bay" was created to accumulate money of shareholders, and the developer was the firm "Digital-Ai", which was owned in equal shares by Alexander Novikov and his son. April 17, 2013, they withdrew all the money from the accounts of Queens Bay, and then withdrew from the founders and sold the organization to third parties. Mikhail Shilimanov, along with Novikov, was a co-founder of the company "DomBeri", which ran "Digital Ai".

From this investigators concluded that Novikov, Shilimanov and Assonova created an extensive network of companies to withdraw money. Also, according to the investigation, Shilimanov performed organizational and economic functions, and Novikov - more representative, as a well-known person, who values ??his reputation. Assonova was hired as director and followed the instructions of the bard and ex-deputy minister.

At the trial Assonov did not give evidence. The court declared a break until April 18.
