Both are found guilty of fraud, which they turned back in 2014.

Under the preliminary agreement, Glebov signed an agreement with Kopiev on the supply of spare parts for centrifuges.

Moreover, the businessman did not even have the opportunity to supply these spare parts, however, fraudsters managed to steal more than 2 million budget rubles.

In the fraudulent scheme was another mediator - deputy head physician of the ambulance station, but he died without waiting for the trial.

The court sentenced Glebov to 3.5 years probation with a probation period of 4 years, and Kopyeva - to 4.5 years probation with a probation period of 5 years and a fine of 100 thousand rubles. In addition, scammers must return the stolen money, the press service of the oblast prosecutor's office.
