The malachite hemisphere in the water area should be dismantled. This decision was taken by the Leninsky District Court, having satisfied the claim of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Sverdlovsk Region.
According to Znak. com, the court ordered the defendant Andrei Garnadud within 30 days of the entry into force of the decision to release the pond from the facility. If he does not, the hemisphere will still be dismantled, and the costs will be charged from Harnadud. Representative of the company "Lavang", which built the sphere, Ekaterina Grudtsina has already told reporters that the decision will be appealed. According to her, the facility costs about 5 million rubles and is a small vessel, which means it can safely sail along the navigable river Iseti. She insists that the Ministry of Natural Resources is not the owner of the pond, the water object is a common asset.
Recall that an incomprehensible object without registration of permits in the Ministry was placed on the Iset River in the spring of 2014.
