So, the hands of the clock will need to be moved one hour forward.

It is worth noting that the transition to summer time is carried out annually on the last Sunday in March, and on the winter time - when the clock is transferred an hour ago - on the last Sunday in October.

According to doctors, the translation of the clock on the summer time can negatively affect the health. In particular, the change of biological rhythms causes disruptions in the functioning of the organism.

First of all, we are talking about cardiovascular diseases: the risk of stroke increases.

In addition, studies have shown that it was on days of daylight saving time that the risk of death due to road traffic accident increased by approximately 10%.

At the same time, the transition to summer time is used in almost 70 countries around the world, including almost all countries in Europe, for the rational use of electricity.
