Under the Talitsa, the prosecutor's office stopped the construction of a cottage community on the shore of the Feshinsky Pond. The Office conducted an audit, which, according to the results, appealed to the court.

During the audit, the prosecutors found out that the water area of ??the pond and its shoreline were owned by three natural persons who began to build the banks of the pond with cottages. This contradicts the Land and Water Code, which clearly states that any water bodies are in federal ownership, in the shoreline is intended for general use.

The prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit in the Talitsky court, which recognized a deal to acquire illegal land plots.
