Beloyarsk hospital will pay the author of his anthem 40 thousand rubles. The institution was found guilty of copyright infringement.

The contract on the right to perform the anthem was signed by the hospital with its author Olga Kaymak back in October 2012. The contract was signed by the author at each performance. However, after observing this condition, the doctors watched, sang the hymn to the right and left, forgetting about Kaimak.

In 2017, the poetess and composer appealed to the Beloyarskiy District Court. She demanded to acknowledge the infringement of copyrights from the hospital, collect moral damage and the services of a representative, and also publish a court decision in the Urals tab in the "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" at the expense of the hospital.

Doctors did not attach any value to the lawsuit and did not even send a lawyer to the court of first instance, which as a result lost it with a bang. The court decided to pay Olga Kaimak 30 thousand rubles for moral damage, 10 thousand rubles for a lawyer and publish a decision in the newspaper.

Representatives of the hospital did not agree with the decision and filed an appeal to the Sverdlovsk Regional Court. However, even their presence did not change the decision of the court, which as a result came into legal force.
