The State Service of Ukraine for Drugs and Drug Control has introduced a temporary ban on the sale and use of one of the series of frequently prescribed antibiotic of Ukrainian production "Ceftriaxone".
According to the department, there was a message from the State Expert Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine about the unfavorable outcome after the use of the Ukrainian drug (namely, fatal) "Ceftriaxone" (powder for injection of 1.0 g, 1 bottle of powder in a carton ) produced by PAT "Lekhim-Kharkov" series 750130387A0099A31.
In this regard, Gosleksluzhba before the clarification of the circumstances and until subsequent orders, introduced a temporary ban on the use and implementation of this series of drugs and obliged all business entities that carry out the storage, sale or use of this medicine to temporarily place it in quarantine.
