Beloyarsk bailiffs collected more than one million rubles from relatives of a man serving a sentence for murder.
The court sentenced the killer sent to a penal colony to compensate moral damage to the victim's parents in the amount of 1.09 million rubles. The bailiffs issued a resolution on foreclosure on the debtor's income. However, from the salary the killer was able to compensate only 37.5 thousand rubles.
Then the bailiffs imposed a ban on registration actions in respect of the debtor's real estate - the share in the apartment. Soon the FSSP department was approached by the mother and grandmother of the murderer with a request to lift the ban, because of which they could not sell the apartment. Having been refused, the women completely repaid the debt of the relative-murderer, and also paid 7% of the performance fee.
Total women paid more than 1.1 million rubles. Only after that they were able to sell the apartment.
