At the parade, the speech was hosted by the president of the country, Kersti Kaliulaid. The woman made a festive speech, where she noted the merits of Estonian heroes who gave their lives for the independence of the country, she also opened the parade.

50 battle squadrons, 4 companies, 3 batteries, 20 platoons and 3 orchestra, the American Corps of NATO, as well as several detachments of foreign military men carrying the banners of national states walked through the central streets of Tallinn.

Elite Estonian units took part in the procession: United Military Educational Establishments of the Defense Forces, the Baltic Defense College, the Guard Battalion, the Staff and Communications Battalion, the 1st and 2nd Infantry Brigades, the Anti-tank Platoon of the Rapla Squad and the mortar platoon of the Harju, Nyskodukaitse and the Academic Malevkonda of the Tallinn squad.

As reported in "URA-Inform", Ukraine did not include Estonia in the list of offshore zones.
