Russia's new priority will be an attempt to spark a conflict between the Orthodox in Ukraine. This was told to journalists at a briefing by the deputy head of the Security Service Viktor Kononenko, the correspondent of LIGA. net.

Deputy Head of the SBU explained that the new priority for the Russian special services will be the artificial creation of inter-confessional conflicts in Ukraine.

"The most promising direction, according to representatives of Russian special services, is the incitement of confrontation in Ukrainian Orthodoxy.

It is on the provocation of such an aggravation that the efforts of the enemy will be directed in the near future. To this end, Russians plan to use the available arsenal of controlled church and near-church organizations, as well as certain patriotic structures, "said Kononenko.

According to him, the SBU already records the establishment of contacts in this direction and the readiness of the Russian side to transfer funds for the implementation of such orders.
