The prosecutor's office of Berezovsky approved the indictment in the criminal case against the 55-year-old local resident, accused of killing the new husband of his ex-wife.

While the accused was married, he and his wife built a private house, after the divorce they did not divide it, but agreed to use it in turn: on weekdays, a man, on weekends - a woman and her new husband.

On the eve of the New Year on December 30, 2017, the couple came to the house to spend the holiday weekend.

There the former husband also has come and has arranged scandal, having accused spouses of illegal penetration into a dwelling. While the couple explained in the police department, the ex-husband was closed in the house. When they tried to get into the house, the defendant stuck his gun out the window and shot the rival. The victim died on the spot.

The criminal case was sent to the Berezovsky city court. The former spouse faces up to 15 years in prison.
