The new head of the company will deal with long-term and short-term development plans of Ukrtransgaz, and also supervise with public authorities and other government structures.
He will also be responsible for the formation and implementation of the company's uniform production policy in all areas.
The international relations and integration of Ukrtransgaz into the European energy space will be completely supervised by the new vice-president.
According to Stanchak, in the implementation of these issues he will benefit from knowledge and practical experience in conducting anbangling of the gas transportation system in Poland.
At the new post, he plans to implement a separate and stable operation of the operator of the GTS of Ukraine in the most effective way.
At the moment, the Ukrtransgas board of directors includes: Miroslav Khimko, Pavel Stanchak, Sergei Alekseenko, Tatyana Fedorova, Andrei Khomenko and Khunchan Kan.
As previously reported in URA-Inform, during January 2018 the Ukrainian state substantially reduced the transit of blue fuel through its gas transportation system by 32.1% (2.85 billion cubic meters. m) compared to the same month in 2017 - up to 6.55 billion cubic meters.
