Workers of MUP "Housing and Communal Services" of the Druzhininsky urban settlement remained in December 2017 without a salary. As shown by the prosecution, the enterprise's debt to employees for one month was 577 thousand rubles. Totally 48 people were left without money.

After the audit, the Nizhneserginsky prosecutor's office submitted a submission to the leadership of the MUP with a request to eliminate the violation. Against the director of the enterprise, an administrative case was instituted in accordance with Article 6 § 5. 27 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (non-payment of wages) and fined him by 37 thousand rubles.

In defense of 48 employees who were left without money, the prosecutor's office filed a lawsuit in a magistrate's court. The judge satisfied the requirements of the department in full. MUP fully repaid the debt to employees.
