Despite the petition of the prosecutor's office, the court dismissed the official under personal guarantees. Thus, the court refused to satisfy the petition of the detectives and appointed Golubov Dmitriy Ivanovich Golubov, the People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the Eighth Convocation.

At the same time, the court ordered the guarantor to ensure the suspect's performance of the following duties: to arrive at the detective of the NABU, the SAP prosecutor, the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, the investigating judge; not to leave the city of Odessa without the permission of the NABU, SAP, prosecutor or court, to report the place of residence.

In addition, the court ordered Trukhanov to hand over all the passports.

The term of the duties assigned to the suspect to determine before April 15, 2018 inclusive, added the judge, releasing the suspect from custody right in the courtroom.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the prosecutor asked the court to appoint Trukhanov, who faces imprisonment for up to 12 years, a preventive measure in the form of detention for a period of 60 days with an alternative to make a deposit of 50 million hryvnia. In case of a pledge, the prosecutor asked the court to oblige Trukhanov to report the whereabouts, pass the passports, not to contact witnesses, to wear an electronic control tool.
