Such a decision was announced by the judge after more than an hour-long break in the court session on February 15.
Also, the court ruled that the mayor of Odessa is bailed out by the People's Deputy of the BCP Dmitry Golubov.
After the announcement of the decision in the hall they began to chant "Shame!".
The court ordered Trukhanov to come to the detectives of the NABU and the prosecutors of the SAP on demand and not leave without permission from the city of Odessa.
"To the satisfaction of the petition of the detective of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau. refuse. Apply to the suspect Trukhanov Gennady preventive measure in the form of personal guarantee. Define Dmitry Golubov as guarantor of the People's Deputy, "read the judge.
The prosecution petitioned for a measure of restraint in the form of detention with a deposit of 50 million UAH. Also oblige the mayor of Odessa to wear an electronic bracelet, hand over all passports and not communicate with the defendants and witnesses to the criminal case.
Trukhanov himself said that he did not agree with this decision of the court.
"I would like to have no suspicions at all," he added..
As previously reported, on February 14, Trukhanov was detained at the Boryspil airport by the border guards after his arrival from Warsaw and handed over to the NABU.
Recall that NABU is investigating the fact of the acquisition of an overpriced city council administration of the former factory "Krayan" in 2016. The city government purchased the plant for 186 million hryvnia, but earlier it was bought for 11 million hryvnia.
In this regard, the State Financial Monitoring Service immediately blocked all accounts of participants in the transaction.
In October 2017, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau came to Trukhanov with searches. The department was informed that the investigative actions are carried out within the framework of the investigation of two criminal proceedings "on the facts of possible abuse of office by officials of the Odessa City Council".
