A resident of the Lower Tour who failed to pay a solid criminal penalty changed the sentence.

The man was fined for attempting to give a bribe. Inspectors of the State Traffic Safety Inspectorate detained him drunk driving a VAZ-2106. In order not to lose his rights, the offender offered inspectors a bribe of 10 thousand rubles. He was detained and prosecuted.

Nizhnetourinsky court found the man guilty in part 3 of Article 30 - part 3 of Article 291 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (attempted to give a bribe to an official in person, for committing knowingly illegal omission) and ordered a fine of 300,000 rubles.

The bailiff warned the man that if a fine was not paid, he would be replaced by a punishment, but the lover of a drunken drive could not collect the required amount. As a result, the court granted the request of the bailiff and replaced the sentence with a restriction of freedom for 5 months.
