The organizers of the center formed illegal tax credits and illegal transfer of non-cash funds to cash. Law enforcers conducted 13 searches at the location of office premises, banking institutions, places of registration and actual residence of the organizers and participants of the "conversion center".

During the searches, 205,000 dollars were withdrawn, 100,554 packs of cigarettes, an estimated value of more than three million hryvnias, computer hardware and electronic media and the like.
