Romania because of heavy snowfall announced the "yellow code" of meteor hazard

In connection with the weather, the National Meteorological Service of the country announced a "yellow code" of meteor hazard. According to Romanian media, heavy snowfall, snowstorms and precipitation are expected on the territory of the country.

As of today, from the south-western part of the cyclone will spread precipitation by region of the country.

Strong precipitation of snow is expected in mountainous and foothill areas. At the same time, according to weather forecasters, this level of meteorological situation will last until February 20.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, on the Japanese island of Honshu as a result of snowfall killed five people. At least 73 people were injured. According to the NHK television channel, the most common cause of injuries was a fall from the roof during the harvesting of snow.
