As the head of the Cherkassy regional state administration Yuri Tkachenko said, there is a communal enterprise in Smel which, for the time being, must assume the responsibility for heating the entire city.

"In order to receive a nomination, in accordance with the law, Naftogaz requires repayment of debts," the head of the Cherkasy regional state administration Yuriy Tkachenko.

Currently, there are lawsuits regarding these debts.
