As of seven o'clock in the morning due to heavy snow and sharp gusts of wind in Donetsk and Lugansk regions the system of protection of power lines has worked. As reported by the State Service for Emergency Situations of Ukraine, at the moment in the Donetsk region people are without light in nine settlements, and in the Lugansk region in one.

At the same time, the head of the Donetsk regional military-civil administration Pavel Zhebrivsky noted that without electricity in the region there were almost 23 thousand inhabitants of the south of the Donetsk region. The tapping of moisture on the mains leads to a rush and as a consequence - the disconnection of 17,840 subscribers in Mariupol, 2,385 in several villages of the Mangusha region, two thousand in Talakivka and 725 in Chermalyk, the head of the region wrote this morning on his social network page, assured that by the end of the day everything will be repaired.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, in the next twenty-four hours, the weather in the southern part of the eastern and Dnepropetrovsk regions will be determined by a cyclone with a center near the Crimea, which will cause wet snow, in the south with rain, in places sticking of wet snow, ice, gusts of the eastern wind 15-20 meters per second.

In the rest of Ukraine in the distance from the cyclone in some places it is expected to snow a little. The temperature at night and in the daytime in the southern regions is from 2 degrees below zero to 3 degrees of heat, whereas in the eastern regions at night is 3-8 degrees below zero.
