Investigators found that for the production of the document out of turn for 22 working days, officials demanded the customer three thousand hryvnia, and in one working day - 11 thousand hryvnia.

The detainees were also suspected of large-scale corruption and drug trafficking. Currently, all eight people were detained in accordance with the relevant article of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.
