According to People's Deputy Gennady Moskal, rural households with access to the Internet make up 57.8 percent in the region. At the moment this is the highest result in Ukraine.
According to recently received information, the second position is occupied by the Kherson region (52.7%), the third - Chernovets (50.3%), and at the last - Sumy (11.6%).
Relative to the inhabitants of cities, the quantitative indicators are much higher. Leaders are Ternopil Oblast (which was ahead of even Kiev) - 86.0%, Kiev - 81.2%, Chernivtsi - 76.5% and Transcarpathia - 76.4%. The least access to the Internet at home was recorded among the citizens of Zhytomyr region - 50.9%.
