In order to take part in the UPE, the prospective participant must form a set of registration documents that the students submit to the educational institution where they study. All other persons are sent independently to the address of the regional center indicated in the control letter.

After a number of procedures, all those who have been registered will receive from the regional center a certificate of external independent evaluation, a newsletter and a registration note of the UPO.

The relevant documents will be sent to students in the institution of education in which they study.

The main session of the UPE will be held from May 22 to June 13, the additional session will take place from July 2 to July 11. To pass the assessment, as in previous years, the entrant can choose not more than four subjects.

As reported earlier, "URA-Inform", children who are in the temporarily occupied territories, will be able to register for the passage of external independent evaluation by e-mail, as well as in extra time.
