As noted in the department, the Government of Hungary hopes that the Ukrainian authorities will soon find criminals and learn about the motivation of their actions. Will also ensure the safety of Transcarpathian Hungarians.
The Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs also believes that this case confirms the initiative of the Hungarian authorities on the presence of OSCE monitors in the western part of Ukraine, in particular in Transcarpathia.
With this initiative, official Budapest spoke after the situation worsened against the background of the adoption of the law on education.
