The governor of the Sverdlovsk region Evgeny Kuyvashev signed an agreement on the regulation of social and labor relations. The document touches on the level of wages, the resolution of conflict situations, the prevention of mass reductions.

"The signing of the tripartite agreement is a very significant event. It will allow developing human capital, raise wages, improve labor protection in enterprises and actively use social regional funds, "said Mikhail Shmakov, chairman of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia.

As Evgeny Kuyvashev noted, this agreement is signed annually for 21 years:.

"Our industrialists and businessmen understand that without constructive dialogue it is impossible to solve the most important issues. Taking responsibility for raising the level of wages, labor protection, everything leads to the development of our Ural region ".

The document was based on the version of the previous tripartite agreement. According to the president of the Sverdlovsk regional Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Dmitry Pumpyansky, a lot of work was done.

"I hope that the new amendments that were made to the agreement on improving working conditions will be reflected in the documents of enterprises," he said..

This year the agreement was signed without a protocol of disagreements.

"For about four months we conducted discussions and reached a principled position. The economy of the Sverdlovsk region should grow and be one of the best.

At the same time, the interests of the man of labor should be based on her: decent wages and jobs. Also paid attention to the settlement of disputed situations. How to prevent mass reductions. How to act in a situation of misunderstanding between the leader and the team. It is important that there is a practical block in the agreement. Specific figures are indicated, such as the minimum wage, compensation for accidents, "- summed up the State Duma deputy, chairman of the FPSO Andrey Vetluzhskih.
