Prosecutors SPA even brought facts of conversations that they managed to hear, assuring that Gavrilova talked with one of the people's deputies, with whom she allegedly agreed certain assignments in the audit service. His name on the court never sounded. However, the prosecution party promised to tell more in detail during the consideration of the case on the merits.

The court did not acknowledge such arguments of prosecutors, so Gavrilov was not removed from his post.

Lawyers Gavrilova were pleased with this decision of the court. However, they believe that it is not the final.
