At the Koltsovo airport police officers detained a 32-year-old resident of Tajikistan who tried to leave Russia, having an unpaid fine in a criminal case. The man did not pay the state 30 thousand rubles.

The executive production was conducted by the police officers of the Beloyarskiy District Department of the UFSSP in the Sverdlovsk Region, in whose jurisdiction the offender tried to bribe the policeman at a rate of 10,000 rubles.

Inspector as a result of money did not take, and guest workers were tried and found guilty according to Part 1 of Article 291. 2 of the Criminal Code (Fine bribery, that is, giving a bribe personally in an amount not exceeding ten thousand rubles). The court awarded him a fine of 30 thousand rubles.

Having on his hands a ticket to Tajikistan and having learned that he was not allowed to leave, the citizen on-site paid the criminal penalty in full, provided a receipt for payment to the bailiff-executor and flew to sunny Tajikistan.
