It is reported that in the Rivne, Volyn and Kiev regions, it is expected to lower the temperature level to a mark of 15 degrees. Drivers are asked to observe permissible speed limits in settlements.
In the central part of the country a little wet snow, ice, in some places sticking wet snow, the air temperature will fluctuate at the level of five degrees below zero.
