Now, decisions are being made on violations that occurred mostly more than 4-5 years ago. Many decisions recognized the violation of several articles of the convention.

Thus, Russia took the first place in terms of violations. The second was Turkey - 99 decisions of the ECHR and on the third Ukraine - 82 decisions.
