It is reported that the utility provider will need to recalculate your payment if the family last month managed to save part of the allocated subsidy. As a result, the amount left will be taken into account in the next payment calculation.
For example, if in January the mandatory payment is 1000 hryvnia at a social rate of 400 cubic meters of gas, and your family, which consists of three or four people could use a smaller amount of consumption, the balance of 300 cubic meters can be used in the colder months.
The amount of accrual of the subsidy will continue to be determined on the basis of the aggregate income of the family and information on tariffs from suppliers.
"Ukrainians can address complaints to the heads of local authorities or local self-government bodies," reads the website of the portal.
As reported in "URA-Inform", Ukrainians are not obliged and will not return money for state subsidies paid by the state.
