At the same time, from the eight o'clock in the evening of today, restrictions will be applied at the entrances to the Kiev region, and from the hours of January 18 in the Odessa region.

In the opinion of the police, such measures will help to avoid blocking traffic on the roads and called for a period of snowfall, if possible, to refuse to travel by private vehicle.

The patrol police also clarifies that on January 17 from 8 pm the movement of heavy vehicles in the Chernihiv region is also restricted, as well as a temporary restriction of the movement of trucks in the Cherkasy region. The removal of the restriction will be notified in addition, - assured the National Police.

At the same time, law enforcers urged drivers to be cautious on the road and plan ahead in advance.
