According to the department, the state of coverage on highways of national importance in most regions of Ukraine is snow-covered. Only in Zhytomyr and Chernivtsi regions the cover is dry, in Kherson and Kirovograd - in places ice.
Currently, most precipitation fell in the Zaporozhye region (Vasilievsky district), sometimes up to 20 cm. snow, strong wind, snow drifts. In the Kherson region in the morning there was a strong wind and snowballs began to form.
