US published a warning for travelers about a measles outbreak in Ukraine

In particular, US citizens who are going to Ukraine are advised to make sure they are vaccinated against measles. As stated in the information published on the Center's website, health officials in Ukraine reported a measles outbreak.

In this connection, people who intend to go to Ukraine are advised to make sure that they are vaccinated with the MMR vaccine.

In this case, the document states that the message refers to the first, low "level of attention", which means the recommendation of "conventional precautions.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, as of Monday morning, January 15, in Kiev recorded 87 cases of measles. Of these, 66 are children under 17 and 21 are adults.
