Bailiffs, OA Ekaterinburggaz and employees of the Criminal Code of the Oktyabrsky District Housing Complex got into an apartment on Malysheva Street, 116, because of which the house's entrance for six months without gas. This was reported in the press service of the Criminal Code.

But, neither to check the gas equipment, nor to block the riser specialists could not - the living space is littered with garbage and therefore to carry out welding work in this apartment is dangerous.

Difficulties with this house began in November 2016. Then the employees of the resource-supplying organization did not get into the apartment, because Frolova O. did not open the door. After that, the management company applied to the court. In August 2017, the court ordered the woman to admit specialists.

Today, January 15, in the presence of police, the management company opened the door, but beyond the threshold gas workers could not get through - the apartment was littered with rubbish, flies and cockroaches were sitting on the walls, and dogs were barking at eyewitnesses.

"Representatives of the UFSSP of Russia in the Sverdlovsk region compiled an autopsy report. However, it was not possible to return the gas to the apartment of the entrance: it was simply dangerous to work with a welding machine to block the riser in this apartment - the room would catch fire, "the official statement says..

According to Mikhail Pleshakov, the head of the management company "Oktyabrsky district housing and communal services," the apartment belongs to the city, but the entire responsibility is borne by the tenant.

"The management company will notify the Oktyabrsky district administration about the condition of the apartment.

A resident, most likely, to clean herself will not, so we will ask the mayor's office to connect to cleaning this living space. If the administration refuses to do this, we will be forced to go to court. Based on the court decision, the district administration will lead the apartment to its proper condition, "said Pleshakov.

The whole process can take about a month, so all this time tenants will continue to live without gas.
