It is planned to finance the program with the help of the budgets of local authorities and the authorized capital of the State Fund for the Promotion of Youth Housing Construction. Probably by the end of the year it will be possible to attract additional UAH 160 million to the program funds. In addition, the program "Affordable Housing" plans to reorient to young families. Now most of the users of the program are veterans of the ATU and their families.

In total, 30 million hryvnia will be allocated to improve housing conditions in 2018, which is the lowest indicator for the last four years.

As reported in the "URA-Inform", during 2017, Ukrainian families of dead combatants in the Donbass have been allocated 490 million hryvnia for the purchase of housing.
