Depo reports. Kharkiv, the verdict to the offender on January 5 was made by the Krasnogradsky regional court of the region.

According to the court, in October 2017 the man was recognized by the military medical commission as fit for service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He was handed a summons and on the morning of October 23 he was to arrive at the military registration and enlistment office.

However, the guy evaded the call-up and did not appear at the military enlistment office. At the same time, after a repeated invitation to come for a summons, the accused together with other recruits left, but later asked to stop the bus and fled.

The court found the man guilty of committing a crime under art.. 335 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and sentenced a year of imprisonment with a probation period of one year.

Recall that the criminal responsibility came only because the young man gave his consent and passed a medical examination at the military registration and enlistment office. In the event of refusal to undergo medical examination, he could not have been brought to criminal account at all.
