According to him, at the moment the government has already fully formed a program to provide state guarantees for the renovation of the tools of the miner. Groisman is confident that repairing and restoring old equipment, as well as upgrading and purchasing the newest devices for coal mining, will help Ukraine attract additional investments in this sector.

In addition, the Cabinet will ensure the constant stability of sources of state guarantees for modernization.

In addition, the head of government is sure that within a few states it will be possible to completely get rid of purchases of foreign coal, and the country will be able to enter the market of exporters of this raw material in Europe.
