He proposes to fine carriers for defective heater and air conditioning. The official website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine reported on January 2 that the transportation of passengers on city buses, suburban and intercity public routes without serviceable buttons in the cabin of the call stop requirements for each exit, heating device, air conditioning and thermometer, entails the imposition of a fine on officials, citizens-business entities in the amount of eighty to one hundred non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens.

In the explanatory note the author of the draft law notes that buses often travel in an inadequate state due to lack of inspections, and carriers violate the requirements of the law and the terms of contracts due to an imperfect procedure for bringing them to justice.

Adoption of this law will fill this gap and put an end to poor-quality passenger transportation, the authors of the document.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the parliament registered a bill that provides for amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine on additional measures to protect the security of citizens and law enforcement officers.
