The document also prohibits the disposal of unprocessed domestic waste. As it is said in the document, large-scale, repair and hazardous waste in the household should be collected separately from other species.

At the same time, hazardous wastes must be separated at the stage of collection or sorting and transferred to specialized enterprises that have received licenses for operations in the field of hazardous waste management.

Transportation of domestic waste must be carried out by specially equipped vehicles. Burial of domestic waste is allowed only on specially equipped landfills / dumps.

Thermal treatment of household waste is allowed only at specially designated enterprises or facilities.

However, failure to comply with these requirements threatens a fine for the population - from 340 to 1360 hryvnia, and for legal entities - from 850 to 1700 hryvnia.
