Future British military will be required to communicate with their colleagues in the so-called gender neutral language. The new rules of military etiquette exclude the use of certain phrases of the masculine gender in communication with fellow soldiers.

According to the new instructions, students of the Defense Academy of the United Kingdom should use a neutral language in conversation with their colleagues in order to avoid insults to either party.

In the two-page manual, which is reportedly attached to even the toilet facilities of the Shrivenham facility in Oxfordshire, it is recommended that the notion of "gentlemen's agreement" be replaced with a more neutral "verbal agreement".

The manual presents examples of a dozen phrases and concepts that can offend some army officers.

A spokesman for the Ministry of Defense believes that gender-neutral language will provide a more friendly relationship between employees, among whom there are many women, says theuk. one.

However, some representatives of the army reported that they would prefer to explain the military tactics to students instead of studying a gender neutral language.
