Battalion fighters "Kharkov" in the ATU zone will receive gifts for the New Year from Kharkovites

"First-aid kits, medicines, coffee, sweets, fruit: in Kharkiv, a parcel for fighters of the battalion" was sent to the patrol service of the special police "Kharkov", who are serving in the ATU zone. The products and medicines were collected by Kharkov businessmen traditionally supporting volunteer units since their formation in 2014.

Deputy commander of the battalion "Kharkov" Lieutenant Colonel Andrei Novikov thanked the soldiers for gifts, notes Lens.

"Today we are going to Kurakhovo and Volnovaha, we will congratulate our children who are there on holidays, give presents and volunteer assistance from the charitable foundation, from Alexander Sarkisovich. We hope that soon everything will go to a decline and we will return home.. The second month students are in the zone of the ATU. Such programs are very supportive, because you feel that far from home and from the family, we are not forgotten. Kharkov is invisibly felt there too, "said Andrei Novikov.

Recall that the battalion of the patrol service of the special police "Kharkov" was established in October 2015 on the basis of three volunteer units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: Kharkiv-1, Kharkov-2 and Slobozhanshchina. Among the tasks of the battalion are the detention of armed criminals, the release of hostages, the counteraction to terrorism. The soldiers systematically carry out the combat missions of the command in the zone of carrying out ATO.
