Ex-investigator of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Jack Robinson criticized the decision of the International Olympic Committee to allow Russian athletes to participate in the Olympic Games-2018 under the neutral flag.

In his article for the New York Times Robinson said that 99% of Russian athletes take dope.

"The decision of the IOC in Russia is not a punishment, but a mockery. This is done in order to protect Russian commercial and political interests. During our investigation, we found out that 99 percent of Russian athletes take dope. We realized that as soon as a Russian athlete enters the national team of the country, he simply has no choice - either doping, or the end of his career, "- said Robinson.

"IOC punishment for Russia is a complete farce. This means that in Pyeongchang-2018 net athletes will again compete with doping players. Years will pass before we learn the real champions and prize-winners of the Games-2018.

And they will again receive their medals by mail. Whether there will be cases of doping in Pyeongchang-2018 or not, but they will definitely be there.

Russia not only did not admit its guilt, but continues to use dope even during the investigation. All evidence suggests that the doping system is still working. And the IOC knows this. The decision of the IOC for Russia forever tarnished the Olympic Charter, "- said ex-investigator WADA.
