The number of land terminals for the sale of E-ticket plans to increase from the planned earlier 323 to 600.
This was announced by the deputy mayor on infrastructure issues of the city Evgeny Vodovozov.
"Based on the appeals of citizens, we found that there are not enough terminals. There is an order of the mayor to increase them almost twice, "- said the vice-mayor.
Devices for the sale of electronic tickets, including installed near large enterprises - factories "FED", "Turboatom", KhTZ - for the convenience of a large number of people who work there.
At the same time, Evgeny Vodovozov noted that five or six terminals for the sale of E-tickets. They are being repaired. "In addition, there are power failures. Power is turned off, the device does not restart itself, specialists need to go and restart it, "explained Evgeny Vodovozov.
According to him, there are about 30 non-working validators in electric transport in the city: one or two in trolleybus depots, two in Saltovo tram depot and 26 in Oktyabrsky. "The latter were under repair, and now they need to be retrofitted. Until January 15, they will be installed, "- said Evgeny Vodovozov.
"We are launching a huge system, a machine that must make its first full turn. There were some problems that emerged at the beginning of operation, and we continue to restart the program in each unit of the rolling stock.
There is a systematic, well-defined work that took more time than we optimistically forecast. But we will try to start the system as quickly as possible in full, "said Evgeny Vodovozov.
Recall that from December 1 in Kharkov began to operate a single electronic ticket system E-ticket. At the public transport stops 323 terminals have been installed, where it is possible to purchase travel cards. During the launch of the e-ticket system, vandals damaged about 30 terminals.
